Public notice of the proposed amendments to the Legal Representation for Council Members and Employees Policy was approved by City of Vincent at its meeting 14 March 2023.

The substantive changes to the policy are as follows:

• removal of mandatory statutory declaration; and
• CEO determination of employee applications
