2023 COUNCIL MEETINGS

You are encouraged to wear a mask before entering the Chamber. 

Even though it’s not required, we would ask that you please wear a mask before entering to keep our community safe. Thank you for your cooperation.

We encourage members of the public to participate in the following ways:

      1.  You are welcome to attend the Council Meeting in person in accordance with any Government restrictions.

      2.  Written questions and statements can be emailed to governance@vincent.wa.gov.au before 3pm. Please note that questions asked at a Special Council Meeting must relate to the purpose for which the meeting has been called. Questions asked at a Briefing must relate to an item on the agenda.  The questions and statements will not be read at the meeting, but they will be circulated to Elected Members.  Answers to questions asked at Council Briefing will (where possible) be provided in the Briefing Notes or otherwise in the agenda for the following month.  Answers to questions asked at the Ordinary Council Meeting will be included in the agenda for the following month.  Please provide a postal or email address so that a written response can be provided by the City.  

     3.  You are also able to watch the meeting online.

Council Meetings are held in the City of Vincent Administration & Civic Centre, starting at 6.00pm. For live streaming details here.

Minutes, agendas and recordings can be found in the corresponding meeting date below. Recordings are available here and bookmarking will be made available within 48 hours of the meeting.

No action should be taken on any item discussed at a Council Meeting prior to written advice on the resolution of Council being received.
