Mobile Food Vendors - Vending Vincent

The City of Vincent allows mobile food vendors in accordance with the City's Mobile Food Vendor Policy

Business operators are required to apply for a Vending Vincent permit, and abide by all conditions in the Policy, including registration under the Food Act 2008.

The Policy specifies the following permitted trading zones only:

  • Hyde Park, Perth
  • Braithwaite Park, Mt Hawthorn
  • Britannia Reserve, Leederville
  • Charles Veryard Reserve, North Perth
  • Banks Reserve, Mt Lawley

A maximum of 3 food vendors are permitted in each trading zone.

Permits are required to be renewed each financial year. Please ensure you have read and understood the Policy prior to making an application. The form can be downloaded below.

Banks Reserve requires a permit from the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation & Attractions due to its proximity to the Swan River. Please refer to their website to download Form 7. You will need to submit the form to the City first for signing as the landholder then send it back to DBCA.
