Administration & Civic Centre
For all administrative queries, our Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.00am - 5.00pm. For anything relating to Statutory Planning however, available times are 8.30am - 4.30pm.

After Hours Emergencies
In the unfortunate event of an emergency (that does not require police attendance), you can contact our Ranger Services team on 9273 6061 outside of business hours. Remember folks – this is for emergencies only!
Not sure what constitutes an after-hours emergency? Here are a few examples:
- Vehicles obstructing driveways or access to properties
- Dog attacks
- If you’ve booked a hall or reserve and you cannot access it
- Major damage to public property that poses a risk to members of the public
For all other non-emergency issues, contact us during office hours and we will investigate for you.
Some examples of non-emergency issues include:
- Reporting graffiti
- Rubbish collection
- Tree pruning
Remember, if you are involved in a life-threatening emergency (medical, serious crime, fire), contact ambulance, police, or fire by calling 000 immediately. If you have a non-emergency but still need police to attend, call 131 444. This number is for incidents regarding anti-social behaviour, late night noise complaints, etc. Alternatively, give your Local Police Team a call to discuss local policing matters where you don’t need their attendance.

Parking
- Limited short-term, day parking is available out the front of the administration building, with entry off Vincent Street.
- Parking for three hours (3P) is available in the northern section of the Loftus Centre Car Park, with entry off Loftus Street.
Please make sure you check the relevant signs for correct details!
Festive season opening hours
During the ‘silly season’, it’s important to know that our opening hours do change for the Administration and Civic Centre, the Library and Local History Centre and Beatty Park.
