Development Compliance

If you are concerned that development may be being undertaken without approval from the City, or in a manner contrary to an existing approval, you are able to raise that concern with the City for investigation. In the interest of fairness and accountability, all enquiries/complaints to the City are to be made in writing (letter, facsimile or email) and include your name, address, phone/email contact and details of the particular matter. This information will enable the City to contact you should further information be required and to notify you of the outcome of the investigation.
