Collection of personal information

We collect information from you when you submit a form on this website or send an email to any City email address including to staff or Council members directly. This includes your email address and additional information provided by you. We collect this information as it is necessary to carry out our functions and activities.

By voluntarily providing this information to the City, it is deemed that you consent to the collection of the information.

Through disclosure of such information by you through our website. This includes submitting a form, subscriptions to our monthly communication, signing up to the Library or Beatty Park membership, applying for grants, hire of equipment or places, permits or planning/building applications etc.
