The City of Vincent prioritises the management and protection of its diverse heritage buildings and statutory guidance is a primary factor when we assess planning applications. 

Listing heritage buildings helps us to look after them for current and future generations.

We are inviting comments on a proposal to include No. 82 (Lot 42 and 43) Palmerston Street, Perth in the City of Vincent’s Municipal Heritage Inventory.

It is recommended the property be given the management rating Category A: Conservation Essential.
