Axford Park Upgrade - Community Workshop

Published on Monday, 6 February 2017 at 12:00:00 AM

The City is embarking on a project to identify the priorities and needs of Axford Park users as a key Council priority to“create a new pedestrian space near Axford Park in Mt Hawthorn and open the park to more adaptable and diverse community uses.”

We invite any community members along to a Community Workshop at 6.30pm on Thursday 16 February at Lesser Hall, 197 Scarborough Beach Rd, Mount Hawthorn (the hall is at Braithwaite Park, where the nature play area is).

The intent of the workshop is to identify the Axford Park Upgrade project opportunities, constraints and objectives and help identify the key redevelopment aspects preferred by the local community.

Please RSVP via email to georgia.lawrence@vincent.wa.gov.au by Tuesday 14 February if you would like to attend the workshop.

We look forward to seeing you there.
