Women's Cycle Courses - SOLD OUT

Past Event

Build your confidence cycling with these six week courses and get back on your bike this Spring. We have two women's cycle courses starting this Spring at Smiths Lake Reserve, running every Saturday from September 5th to October 10th.

Learn to Ride

8:30am to 9:30am - Anyone can learn to ride a bicycle regardless of age. Take a part in our Learn to Ride Course and get riding a bicycle independently in no time with the help of our expert bike instructors. Learn as part of a fun, social group and feel empowered to make short local trips by bike. Bike and equipment provided for everyone.

Social Riding

9:30am to 12pm - Guided sessions for women who have some bicycle skills, but need to build their confidence and skills. By the end of the course you’ll be able to take part in a short social ride and even start thinking about riding to work!

Sessions will run on the following dates: 5th September, 12th September, 19th September, 26th September, 3rd October and 10th October. A $20 administration fee is required to secure your place. If you would like to find out more or book your spot, please contact activetransport@vincent.wa.gov.au
