The City of Vincent is working on town centre planning frameworks for three town centres and is asking community to help shape what these should look like.

The three areas are:

• Beaufort Street Town Centre
• Mt Hawthorn Town Centre
• William Street Town Centre

The aim is to guide future development for each of these town centres into the future. We are asking community to help us understand what matters to them most in their area.

A Planning Framework and Place Plan is being prepared, which means that there will be one document each to look at for all development within these areas.

The framework will consider each of the priorities listed in the Strategic Community Plan but is not limited by that.

Context analysis studies have already taken place for each town centre to help us understand the existing conditions, opportunities and constraints.
