The City of Vincent is working on a planning framework for the North Perth Town Centre and is asking community to help shape what this should look like.

The aim is to guide future development for the North Perth area. We are asking community to help us understand what matters to them most in their neighbourhood.

A Planning Framework and Place Plan is being prepared, which means that there will be one document each to look at for all development within North Perth Town Centre.

This consultation will re-confirm and build on previous community feedback from earlier workshops which took place in 2022 and 2023.

Context analysis studies have already taken place for North Perth to help us understand the existing conditions, opportunities and constraints.

Opportunities to participate include online surveys and two community workshops:

• Wednesday 17 April, 6-8.30pm at North Perth Lesser Hall
• Monday 22 April, 6-8.30pm at North Perth Town Hall
