Draft Complaint Management Policy Update

The City of Vincent is reviewing the Complaint Management Policy and is seeking community feedback on proposed amendments.

We want to make it easy for our customers to do business with us in a way that works for them, so they feel welcomed and valued.

In 2022, we introduced our new Customer Services Charter which set out our commitment to customers and it is now time to update our policy and procedures in relation to complaint management.

A recent review has resulted in several proposed changes to bring the policy in line with community expectations, as well as other policies related to Employee and Elected Member conduct.

Community consultation is open until Monday 18 September 2023.
