Children and Young People Advisory Group
(Up to 6 Community Representatives with relevant experience in Youth Issues)
This group acts in an advisory capacity to identify, advocate for and explore ways of addressing the issues and needs of children and young people (up to 18 years of age) in the City.
The Children and Young People Advisory Group aims to:
- Foster communication between schools and relevant community groups
- Support the needs of children and young people up to 18 years of age
- Replace the City's former School Principals Advisory Group
- Replace the City's former Youth Advisory Council
