You can choose to receive your rate notice online in one of two ways. 

  • e-Rates sends your notice directly to your email address.
  • BPAY View delivers your notice through your online banking.

You will need your rate assessment number, which can be found at the top right of your rate notice.

Register for BPAY View through your online banking to receive your rate notice electronically.

You will need the BPAY customer reference number and assessment number shown on your current or most recent rate notice.
