Black spot projects target high-risk areas across the City of Vincent.
The State Government's funding provides upgrades in Vincent that reduce crashes and protect the community.
The City of Vincent uses crash data, traffic volumes and community feedback to pinpoint where incidents happen most and where risks are highest.
The projects are funded through the State Government Black Spot Program
