Celsius: 367-373 Fitzgerald Street and 103 Alma Road, North Perth

Construction has commenced on a nine-storey mixed-use development on Fitzgerald Street in North Perth.

The Celsius development, approved for 367–373 Fitzgerald Street and 103 Alma Road, will include 108 apartments from the second to ninth floors, with restaurants, cafes, shops and office spaces on the ground and second storeys.

Construction work is currently underway and will take place between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Saturday.

Approved Out-of-Hours Concrete Works

The City of Vincent has approved limited out-of-hours construction activity for the development, following a detailed assessment of a Noise Management Plan by the City's Health Services team.

The approval applies only to concrete pouring activities and is in effect from 22 July 2026 to 25 October 2026.

The builder is permitted to undertake one out-of-hours work period per week only, being either:

• Morning works: Site set-up from 5.00am, with concrete pouring commencing at 6.30am and continuing into normal construction hours; or
• Evening works: Construction activity continuing until 10.00pm.

 The developer may use either the morning extension or the evening extension, but not both in the same week.

 The builder is also required to provide notification to nearby residents at least 24 hours before any approved out-of-hours work occurs.
