The City of Vincent, in partnership with local community groups, service providers and inclusive organisations, supports a range of activities, programs and opportunities that welcome people with disability.
People with disability are valued members of the Vincent community and play an important role in shaping a connected, welcoming and inclusive city.
The City of Vincent Access and Inclusion Plan has been developed to assist people with disability, families, carers and support workers to explore the Vincent community, build social connections and participate in meaningful local experiences.
The aim of the plan is to make our buildings, services, events and culture more accessible and to make sure everyone in our community has the opportunity to participate in all aspects of life in Vincent.

Learn about the New Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2027–2032 (DAIP)
We’re on a journey to develop the City’s new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2027–2032, working alongside our newly established Disability Access and Inclusion Advisory Group (DAIAG). The group brings together people with lived experience of disability, carers and community representatives to help ensure the new plan reflects the experiences, priorities and aspirations of our community.
Community consultation is now open, and we want to hear from people across Vincent about what is working well, what could be improved and what we can do to make our community more accessible and inclusive.
