Business Enhancement Grant
The City of Vincent has developed the Business Enhancement Grant to support business and property owners to make small-scale improvements that enhance the street appeal and functionality of our neighbourhoods and town centres and create better experiences for our residents.
Applications for 2026/27 are now open.
Matched Funding
This is a matched grant with applicants able to apply for up to 50 per cent of their eligible total project cost to a maximum grant application of $5,000 (no GST).
For example, for a project worth $4,000, the owner could apply for a $2,000 grant from the City and pay the remaining $2,000 themselves.
