Public car parks
The City of Vincent owns and manages public car parks across the City, including paid and free parking options. Find out where public car parks are located, how parking fees work and how to pay for parking.
Important note: Parking conditions vary by location. Always check signage in the car park for applicable time limits, fees and restrictions.
Free public car parks
Free public parking is available at the following carparks:
- Campsie Street Car Park, North Perth – 36 bays
- Charles Veryard Car Park, North Perth – 42 bays and 1 ACROD bay
- Coogee Street Car Park, Mt Hawthorn – 42 bays and 2 ACROD bays
- Dunedin Street Car Park, Mt Hawthorn – 35 bays and 1 ACROD bay
- Fitzgerald Street Car Park, West Perth – 136 bays
- Flinders Street Car Park, Mt Hawthorn – 26 bays
- Gill Street Car Park, North Perth – 47 bays
- Loftus Centre Car Park, Leederville – 385 bays
- Oxford Street Car Park, Mt Hawthorn – 32 bays
- Pansy Street Car Park, North Perth – 26 bays
- Robertson Park Car Park, West Perth – 32 bays

284 parking bays.
Ticket parking from 7am to midnight, Monday to Sunday.
$1 for the first hour, then $3.60 per hour.
Some bays are time restricted between 7am and 7pm, and some bays are time restricted with no ticket required.

First hour free (for City ratepayers)
City of Vincent ratepayers can apply for 'first hour free' parking at The Avenue, Frame Court and Newcastle Street car parks in Leederville.
First hour free parking can only be accessed using the EasyPark app.
Parking is usually $1 for the first hour, then $3.60 for each subsequent hour.
You will need the assessment number from your last rate notice to apply. If you don't have this please contact us before applying.
The first hour free option will become available in the EasyPark app once your application is approved. Please allow around two business days.

Parking in Leederville
As our biggest and busiest town centre, parking in and around Leederville can sometimes be tricky. Leederville parking varies in session time and hourly fees.

- Loftus Centre Car Park: 350 bays, 3 hours maximum, Monday to Friday, 5 hours maximum, Saturday and Sunday. Ticket required
- Leederville Oval Car Park: Free parking – only available after 5.30pm
- Avenue Car Park – North: Over 200 bays, 2 hours maximum parking
- Avenue Car Park – South: No time limit
- ABN after hours Car Park: Over 130 bays
- Monday to Thursday: 5.30pm to 12am
- Friday: 5.30pm to 2am
- Saturday: 6am to 2am
- Sunday and public holidays: 6am to 12am
- Newcastle Street Car Park: 122 bays, no time limit
- Frame Court Car Park: Over 200 bays, no time limit
- Carr Place: Residential permit only from 9pm to 7am.

Pay by Phone
EasyPark
EasyPark is a mobile app that lets you pay for parking using your phone at all City-operated car parks and ticket machine zones.
Using EasyPark means you do not need coins or a paper ticket.
How EasyPark works
With EasyPark, you enter your vehicle registration number and the car park location code shown on signs in the car park. You can set your parking time and, if needed, extend it remotely without returning to your vehicle (up to the maximum time allowed). Optional reminders can alert you before your parking session expires.

Once registered, you can start using EasyPark immediately.
If you do not have a smartphone, you can register and use EasyPark via the EasyPark website or by calling EasyPark customer service on 1300 734 070.
Pay by Plate
In Pay by Plate car parks, ticketless parking machines are provided.
- All major car parks and some on-street parking are ticketless.
- Machines display the expiry time as payment is made.
- No refunds or change given.
- Machines accept Mastercard or Visa only.
- If a machine is faulty, please use the next closest machine.
To use a ticket machine, follow the instructions below:
- Press the yellow button to wake the machine.
- Enter your vehicle registration number.
- Press the green button.
- Select how long you want to park:
- One hour or less - Parking is free. Press the green button to confirm.
- More than one hour - Paid parking applies, with the first hour still free.
- To pay by coins, insert coins and press the green button.
- To pay by card, press + or − to select your time, press the green button, then insert your card or use PayWave.
Receipts can be obtained at the time of payment by following the on-screen prompts.

Accessible (ACROD) parking
Accessible (ACROD) parking bays are available at selected car parks across the City for eligible permit holders. For more information refer to the Accessible Parking (ACROD) page.
