SCQ sydney charles quarter: 463-507 Newcastle Street west perth
Construction has commenced on a mixed-use development across the subject site, consisting of six buildings to accommodate a variety of residential and non-residential land uses.
The SCQ development, approved for 463-507 Newcastle Street, West Perth will include a supermarket, liquor store, commercial tenancies, hotel, gym and co-living apartments as well as retaining the Old Pickle Factory building which would accommodate a food and beverage tenancy.
Traffic Management Plans and Obstruction Permits
In order for PACT Construction to safely construct the SCQ Development, they are required to submit Traffic Management Plans for proposed temporary road obstructions and closures to facilitate concrete trucks, cranes, loading and unloading zones. This includes Newcastle Street, Golding Street and Old Aberdeen Place.
The City has approved the following Obstruction Permit for Traffic Management implementation along with the relevant Traffic Guidance Schemes.
