Residents can apply for an electronic permit (e-permit) instead of a paper permit. An e-permit account can be created by eligible residents who meet the criteria outlined in the Parking Permits Policy,

Monthly parking permits scroll to top

Monthly parking permits are available to be purchased for all major fee paying car parks within the City. Monthly parking permits must be purchased for a full month and will be valid from the first day to the last day of that month. Permits cannot be issued for part months.

Tradespeople undertaking short term works in the City of Vincent can apply for a trades parking permit for trades vehicles.

These permits allow tradespeople to park unrestricted where parking is signposted for time restricted areas.

 

First hour free parking for ratepayers scroll to top

City of Vincent ratepayers can apply for first hour free parking at The Avenue and Frame Court carparks in Leederville.

Parking is usually $1 for the first hour, then $3.30 for each subsequent hour.

First hour free parking can only be accessed using the EasyPark app.

As Vincent continues to grow the demand for finite kerbside space will increase and effective planning and management is critical going forward. Following careful consideration of community feedback, together with analysis of what other comparable councils are doing to manage their parking challenges, at the 5 April 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council revised the City's Parking Permits Policy.

The City of Vincent has now moved to an electronic parking permit system (e-permits). An E-Permit account can be created by eligible residents who meet the criteria outlined in the Parking Permits Policy.
