Construction at 139-141 Lake Street Perth is currently under way.
For Willing Development to work safely, they are required to submit a Traffic Management Plan for the proposed temporary road obstructions and closures.
The proposed mixed-use development is a seven storey building with basement floor proposing a restaurant/cafe and a total of 29 apartments across all floors including a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The site will be secured using appropriate fences and hoardings, with access gates on Lake and Church street.
Access to Stuart Street reserve and surrounding areas will be available via detour routes noted in the Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) below.
Willing Build has applied for an obstruction permit for their crane operations that is adjacent to the site. Refer to the Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) below.
