Parking in Vincent is getting more flexible, with PayMyPark being introduced as an additional ticketless parking payment option across City car parks and on the street.

From the end of August, drivers will be able to choose between PayMyPark and EasyPark when paying for parking by phone. Both apps will use the same parking zone numbers, making it easy to select your location.

With more than 82% of parking payments already made through phone apps, the introduction of PayMyPark gives drivers greater choice and flexibility when managing their parking.

Using a parking app means you can pay for the time you actually use, rather than paying for a full hour at a ticket machine. You can also manage your parking from your phone, receive an alert when your parking is about to expire and extend your parking remotely.

Both PayMyPark and EasyPark charge their own usage fees and have their own terms and conditions, so drivers are encouraged to check the details.

The introduction of PayMyPark will roll out in stages from the end of August.

• Stage 1: HBF Park area and Brisbane Street carpark
• Stage 2: Mount Lawley
• Stage 3: North Perth
• Stage 4: Leederville
• Stage 5: Perth
