City of Vincent ratepayers can apply for first hour free parking at The Avenue and Frame Court carparks in Leederville. First hour free parking can only be accessed using the EasyPark app.
Parking is usually $1 for the first hour, then $3.30 for each subsequent hour.
You will need the assessment number from your last rate notice to apply. If you don't have this please contact us before applying.
The first hour free option will become available in the EasyPark app once your application is approved. Please allow around two business days.
