• Indoor function space with smaller undercover outdoor area overlooking Woodville Reserve and playground.
• Large change rooms and internal toilets.
• Kitchenette with oven, stovetop, microwave, urn and fridge.
• Preset air-conditioning (no heating).
• Barbecue and fully-fenced playground within Woodville Reserve.

Opening hours

Woodville Reserve Pavilion is available for hire during the following hours:

• Sunday to Thursday: 7am - 10pm.
• Friday and Saturday: 7am - midnight.

Capacity

Maximum 50 people.

Parking

Limited carpark and street parking is available and may also be used by visitors of Woodville Reserve.

Parking at our halls and facilities is limited. We encourage visitors to use active and public transport where possible. Please read the signs before parking - regular Ranger patrols operate at our facilities and parking restrictions apply. 

Accessibility

Unfortunately, Woodville Reserve Pavilion does not have disability access. The pavilion is accessed via a small set of stairs and there are no disabled toilets.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted inside the pavilion, however Woodville Reserve is an approved dog exercise area.

Dogs are allowed off-leash unless the reserve is being used for an approved activity such as club sports and community events.

Woodville Reserve Pavilion is available for hire via our online booking system, Spacetoco.

Woodville Reserve is also available for separate hire if you wish to use both the sportsground and the pavilion.

Waiving of Fees 

The waiving or reduction of fees for community groups, organisations and individuals will be considered where such assistance supports the delivery of projects, programs, services or fundraising initiatives. The applicant must identify the specific community benefits associated with their activity and demonstrate their limited financial capacity to pay relevant fees.

Waiver requests are assessed and approved by Administration. An amount up to $2000 may be available with any requests above this amount requiring decision making by Council.
