• Kitchenette with oven, stovetop, urn, microwave and fridge.
• Changerooms with whiteboard, showers and restrooms.
• Evaporative air-conditioning.
• Approximately six trestle tables and 50 chairs.
• Fenced, undercover outdoor area.
• Fully fenced playground within Menzies Park.

Opening hours

Menzies Park Pavilion is available for hire during the following hours:

• Sunday to Thursday: 7am - 10pm.
• Friday and Saturday: 7am - midnight.

Capacity

Maximum 60 people.

Parking 

A carpark is located at Menzies Park directly in front of the pavilion.

Parking at our halls and facilities is limited. We encourage visitors to use active and public transport where possible. Please read the signs before parking - regular Ranger patrols operate at our facilities and parking restrictions apply. 

Accessibility

Menzies Park Pavilion is wheelchair accessible.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted inside the pavilion, however Menzies Park is an approved dog exercise area.

Dogs are allowed off-leash unless the reserve is being used for an approved activity such as club sports and community events.

Menzies Park Pavilion is available for hire via our online booking system, Spacetoco.

Menzies Park is also available for separate hire if you wish to use both the sportsground and the pavilion.

Waiving of Fees 

The waiving or reduction of fees for community groups, organisations and individuals will be considered where such assistance supports the delivery of projects, programs, services or fundraising initiatives. The applicant must identify the specific community benefits associated with their activity and demonstrate their limited financial capacity to pay relevant fees.

Waiver requests are assessed and approved by Administration. An amount up to $2000 may be available with any requests above this amount requiring decision making by Council.
