Refurbishment works have started on the toilet and kiosk in Hyde Park West.

Works include the refurbishment of the toilet building and providing space for a small kiosk in the current storage shed.

The toilet is expected to be closed for approximately two months to facilitate these works but temporary toilets are now in place.

The temporary toilets will be ready for use from 9 May.

People can also use the toilets on the East side of the park.

This comes after Council accepted the tender submission from Devco Holdings for the works this month.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of June 2022.
