Notice is hereby given following Section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995 of the proposed R.O.W 49 closure between Alma Road and Raglan Road, North Perth. 

Atlas Building are undertaking works to the sewers between Alma Road and Raglan Road, North Perth in conjunction with Water Corporation.

Works will start on Tuesday, 28 July and is planned to be complete by Tuesday, 11 August 2026, weather permitting. 

Road closure

The full R.O.W 49 between Alma and Raglan Road will be closed 24/7 so workers can safely connect the new Celsius Development building to the sewer system. 

Access to properties may be restricted during the works. Atlas Building will have traffic management on site to help residents access their properties.
