The City of Vincent has formally adopted the Beaufort Street Town Centre Planning Framework (BSTCPF).

The framework sets out a clear vision for the future development and improvement of the precinct, guiding sustainable growth, streetscape enhancements, and the creation of vibrant community spaces.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the consultation process.

Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping the framework and ensuring it reflects the needs and aspirations of the local community.

The City of Vincent is committed to a place-based approach to guide future growth and success of our town centres and precincts.

The BSTCPF will function as the Local Planning Policy and Place Plan with the option to be adapted into a Precinct Structure Plan in future.

The BSTCPF was adopted by Council on Tuesday 12 August 2025 and is now available to read online.
