As part of the City’s Tree Pruning Program, our tree pruning contractor will be carrying out street tree pruning along Oxford Street, Leederville.These works are scheduled to minimise daytime disruptions, with crews utilising quieter electric tools to reduce noise disturbance.

From Scarborough Beach Road to Anzac Road and Bourke Street to Vincent Street

Works will take place at night from 8pm-5am on Monday 23 February 2026. 

From Anzac Road to Bourke Street, Leederville.

Works will take place at night from 8.30pm-5.30am on Tuesday 24 February 2026. 

Road closure

To keep the work running smoothly, we’ll need to close the road in the work zone. During this time, access to properties will be limited, but the traffic team will help residents get in and out as needed. Full access will be restored at the end of each work shift.

Please do not have vehicles parked in Oxford St during the hours listed above.
