Small business owners looking for funding support can now apply for the City of Vincent’s annual Business Enhancement Grant program.
Vincent developed the program to support business and property owners to make small-scale improvements that enhance the street appeal and functionality of our neighbourhoods and town centres.
Matched grants of up to $5,000 are available for eligible projects.
Some examples of eligible enhancements include:
- Façade enhancements
- New awnings/ canopies
- Landscaping
- Alfresco dining
- lighting or projections
- Window decals and front window displays
- Upgrading entrances and doors for universal access
Successful applicants will need to match Vincent’s grant amount to be eligible.
Interested applicants will need to organise a chat with a Place Planner, who is responsible for activating town centres through urban design and placemaking, before applying.
The Place Planner will walk the applicant through the grant process and explain how to maximise the opportunity to improve their business.
Applications are open between Tuesday, 21 August 2026 and Tuesday, 1 September 2026.
