Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting of the City of Vincent will be held in the Council Chambers at the Administration Building, 244 Vincent Street (corner Loftus Street), Leederville, on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at 6.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to

• Receive the minutes of the Audit and Risk Committee Meeting of 12 November 2025
• Adopt the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2025
• Accept the City of Vincent Annual Report for the 2024/25 Financial Year; and
• Convene an Annual Meeting of Electors

The meeting is open to the public.

An agenda for the meeting will be published by Friday, 14 November 2025.
