We're upgrading Fleet Street between Bourke Street and Richmond Street in Leederville.

The kerb will be removed and replaced starting 8 July 2025.

Weather permitting, resurfacing works will take place on Thursday 24 July 2025 starting at 7am. Works include profiling and new asphalt. 

During works all parking along Fleet Street from Bourke Street to Richmond Street will be restricted. No Parking signs will be in place. Traffic management will be on site during this time and road closures and detours will be in place.

Road closure

To help the works to proceed smoothly road closures will be in place.  Access to your properties will be restricted however residents may enter and exit under the direction of traffic control. Full access will be restored at the end of each shift.
