Commencing 24 June, the City will be removing the old and redundant change room structure located on the south east corner of Litis Stadium.

The brick and tile structure has been closed for use for three years due to building subsidence.

It is no longer safe for public use as it is structurally unsound and beyond repair. The change rooms are located on land leased to Floreat Athena Football Club and are being removed with the club’s agreement.

The demolition and removal is expected to take 10 days and there will be no changes to other buildings on the Litis Stadium site.
