The City of Vincent has amended the Local Government Property Local Law 2021 by adopting the Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2022 at Council’s 26 July 2022 Meeting.

The purpose of the Amendment Local Law 2022 is to amend certain provisions of the Local Government Property Local Law 2021. The effect of the Amendment Local Law 2022 is to provide further clarity of the requirements with which any person using or being on local government property, thoroughfares and public places within the district must comply.

Copies may be obtained or inspected at the City's Administration and Civic Centre, Library and Local History Centre, and on the City’s website.

The amendment local law was published in the Government Gazette on 9 August 2022 and will be operational from 24 August 2022.
