The City of Vincent is inviting submissions on the proposed sale of seven parking bays and two adjoining garden beds within the Brisbane St carpark.
At a meeting on 22 October 2024, Council resolved to sell this land, an area of approximately 191 square metres.
As purchaser, the Brisbane Hotel is intending to expand its premises and proposes to use the sale land for a courtyard extension.
To the best of the City’s knowledge, the proposed sale will not affect vehicle access to the carpark or reduce overall parking availability.
