The City of Vincent is inviting public submissions on the proposed leases of portions of 11 John XXIII Avenue, Mount Claremont for storage and office.
In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises it's considering a proposal to enter into three leases as follows:
- A lease with Craig Family Trust & The Roberts Trust trading as Diamond Hire Pty Ltd on the following key terms:
