The City of Vincent is seeking feedback on the proposed lease of 15 Haynes St, North Perth to Kidz Galore Pty Ltd for provision of childcare services.

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises it is proposing to enter into a lease with Kidz Galore Pty Ltd for two years.

At the end of the lease term, the site will be redeveloped in accordance with the Haynes Street Reserve Development Plan.
