Funding available for heritage works

Could your heritage-listed property use some TLC? Vincent’s Heritage Assistance Fund is back for 2026/27 to help you bring out the best in your beautiful old building.

Property owners can apply for up to $5,000 to help cover half the cost of improvement works like:

  • restoration of facades and verandahs 
  • fencing repairs
  • re-roofing, or
  • preparing a Conservation Plan or Heritage Impact Statement

If your property is on the City’s heritage list, in a Heritage Area, or on the State Register, you may be eligible. Applications close Monday, 31 August 2026.
