The City of Vincent is inviting businesses, property owners, residents and community groups to help transform blank walls into vibrant public art through its annual Mural Co-Funding Program.
The program provides matched funding of up to $5,000 to support the creation of public murals that enhance neighbourhoods, celebrate local creativity and contribute to Vincent's reputation as the arts capital of Perth.
Murals play an important role in creating welcoming public spaces, adding colour and character to town centres while reflecting the identity and stories of the local community. The program also provides valuable opportunities for professional and emerging mural artists to showcase their work and contribute to Vincent's growing collection of public art.
Eligible applicants can receive funding for up to 50 per cent of the total cost of a mural project. Small and medium businesses, residents, property owners, strata bodies, community groups, Vincent-based schools and P&C groups are encouraged to apply. Artists may also apply on behalf of an eligible applicant.
Applications for 2026/27 open on Monday, 3 August 2026 and close at 4pm on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
