Following extensive consultation about proposed new facilities at Beatty Park Reserve, park users can now enjoy both the new playground and a greater variety of exercise equipment.

The next stage of this upgrade will be the installation of a new universal access public toilet, including small changeroom and storage area.

Works are expected to start on site in mid-April, with building construction planned to commence in May.

This building will be close to the playground which was identified as the preferred location from the earlier consultation.

These projects are part of the City of Vincent’s ongoing improvements to Beatty Park Reserve to better support all park users.
