Amendment to Local Planning Policy: Built Form

Council amended Local Planning Policy: Built Form at its meeting on 18 August 2026

The amendment included removing provisions that were not supported by the Western Australian Planning Commission in its decision on 22 July 2026.

This Policy provides guidance on the planning and design of development so that it responds to the context and character of Vincent’s residential areas.
