ABN Group is coming to Leederville!

Leederville will be getting a boost with the new ABN Group headquarters coming to the town centre by mid-2021. The proposed office development was given the green light this week with Development Approval granted by the Development Assessment Panel and supported by the City.

The 9,000 sqm development will be located on the privately-owned Leederville Hotel Carpark site and internationally-recognised artist Tom Muller has been commissioned to design the building façade.

Bringing around 750 ABN staff into the Leederville town centre will have major benefits for local businesses, and will be a boost for Leederville’s diverse mix of cafes, restaurants, bars and independent retailers.

The City is in the process of developing new planning guidelines for Leederville, our largest town centre, to help attract quality residential and mixed use development. The ABN development leads by example and we are excited for what's to come.
