SCQ Sydney charles quarter Traffic Management Plan

Construction has commenced on a Mixed Use development across the subject site, consisting of six buildings to accommodate a variety of residential and non-residential land uses.

In order for PACT Construction to safely construct the SCQ Development they are required to submit Traffic Management Plans for proposed temporary road obstructions and closures to facilitate concrete trucks, cranes, loading and unloading zones. This includes Newcastle Street, Golding Street and Old Aberdeen Place.

The City, has approved the following Obstruction Permit for Traffic Management implementation along with the relevant Traffic Guidance Schemes.
