Important note

The City of Vincent will not accept tender submissions via fax or email.  All or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Council Members and City Officers will automatically disqualify any Tenderer.

Obtaining relevant documents 

The City of Vincent uses 'Tenderlink' to advertise tenders, request for quotes, expressions of interest and other purchasing requirements to the market and to manage the procurement process through to contract award stage.

EOI 1/19 - Lease a Portion of 220 Vincent St, North Perth - Beatty Park Leisure Centre Cafe and/or Kiosk

The City of Vincent is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriate parties to lease a portion of 220 Vincent Street, North Perth - Beatty Park Leisure Centre Cafe/Kiosk.

The aim of the EOI is to prepare a list of appropriate parties who are interested in leasing the Cafe/Kiosk.

Following the EOI phase the City may proceed to the calling of a restricted Request for Tender or commence negotiating a leasing agreement from the prequalified shortlist of proposed lessees. 

Submissions close 2:00pm (WST) on Friday 10 May 2019. 

A non mandatory site inspection will be held at 11:00am (WST) on Thursday 18 April 2019.

567/19 - Provision of Legal Services for the City of Vincent

The City of Vincent is seeking to engage one or more suitably qualified and experienced law firms to provide the following legal services:

1) General local government and governance advice;

2) Employment and industrial relations advice;

3) Debt recovery service, including advice and representation;

4) Property, planning and environmental law advice and preparation of property law documents.

Each of the four services is considered a separable portion of the Request for Tender. A maximum of one law firm per separable portion could be accepted. The City may at is discretion accept all or some separable portions from the same law firm or each separable portion from a different law firm.
