Hair Dye should never be disposed of in your kerbside bins.

Hair dye containers, including any surplus product residue, should be taken to your nearest Household Hazardous Waste disposal site.

Hose (garden hose)

Hose of any kind should never be placed in your green or yellow-lid bins at home. Hose can wrap around the moving parts inside the facilities and cause mechanical problems, as can bed sheets and large textiles. Hose should be stored safely at home and put on the verge at the time of your junk verge collection.
