Asbestos is a health risk when fibres are released into the air and breathed in.  

Asbestos must be securely wrapped and sealed in heavy duty builders plastic to ensure:
1. Fibres can't escape
2. It doesn't come apart during transport and handling
3. That there are no sharp edges or corners breaking through
