Con Poulios is a long-time Mount Hawthorn resident and active community leader who has proudly called Vincent home since 2008. With qualifications as a registered builder, he has owned businesses across industries including construction, health & fitness, and GPS robotic line-marking. Con brings practical experience, a pragmatic mindset, and a solution-oriented approach to delivering projects. As a volunteer for Vincent over 18 years, he has secured over $5 million in infrastructure funding across all government levels and led grassroots initiatives strengthening local sport, sustainability, and community connection.

Con values Vincent’s inclusive community clubs & spaces, vibrant culture, and welcoming spirit. As a Council member, he is committed to community consultation, increasing civic engagement, supporting local businesses, tackling traffic congestion, and making decisions reflecting the majority’s needs.

Outside Council, Con is a devoted family man to his wife and two young sons, passionate about sport (especially football), history, and lifelong learning. He believes in teaching younger generations to keep learning, work hard, and remain humble and authentic.
