Jennifer Jamieson

As an artist, Jennifer likes to explore intimacy, trust and proximity, which will feature in her ‘Looking for Eye Contact’ piece for Vincent. Her work is often participatory and durational, blurring the lines between performer and spectator. Some of her previous works include ‘This Is Not Personal’, ‘Let’s Make Love’, ‘How To Have a 3-Minute Shower’, ‘We Will Build Our Own Mountain’, and ‘the booth’.

Jennifer studied visual art and acting, graduating with first class honours in media where she produced and directed a number of several award winning short films. She has taught video/communication studies at Perth universities and is currently a member of the Perth Playback Theatre and a registered art therapist.
