Terms and conditions
  1. This Reusable Gift Wrapping Promotion is available only to current City of Vincent residents.
  2. The promotion is applicable for reusable gift wrapping products purchased between the 10th of October 2026 and 31st of January 2027. The rebate cannot be paid on purchases made prior to or after this date range.
  3. A rebate of 30% of the purchase price is offered, up to a maximum rebate amount of $50.
  4. One rebate for reusable gift wrapping products available per household in the City of Vincent.
  5. Proof of City of Vincent residency required (e.g. driver’s licence or recent rates notice / utility bill).
  6. A valid tax invoice must be provided showing details of the items purchased.
  7. Rebates will be processed by the City’s Finance team in accordance with current processes. This may take several weeks to process.
  8. Rebate will be sent via EFT to your nominated bank account and may take up to 4-6 weeks.
  9. Rebate is only applicable for the reusable gift wrapping products and not for any other related postage cost.
  10. No gift wrap made from paper or cellophane will be eligible. The items purchased must be able to be re-used multiple times.
  11. Should you choose to purchase from Wrap Happy Co, your discount will be applied at time of purchase using the discount code, and no further rebate will apply.
